RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original accessories and packaging.
• Show no signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

After reviewing the evidence, we may, at our discretion:

• Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full or partial refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling.
• Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
• Items showing excessive wear or modification after delivery.
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items unless required by law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
